These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing or enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our [Privacy Policy] (which incorporates our Cookie Policy). If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Under-18 Users. If you are 13–17 years old, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility for your use.
Child Protection. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, please contact support@know.wpbuddyflowex.com and we will delete it promptly.
Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, current and complete registration details and keep them updated.

Knowledge Well is an online marketplace and technology provider. We do not create, own, or control the content posted by independent instructors.
Unless we specifically state otherwise, we are not a university or accredited awarding body and do not issue formal qualifications. Any certificates of completion are informational only.
When you enrol in a course you obtain a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to any time limits stated at purchase.
You may not copy, resell, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise exploit course materials without the instructor’s and our written consent.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any course at our discretion, for example if it infringes intellectual property or violates law.
Ownership. Instructors retain full ownership of their course content.
Licence to Platform. By publishing a course, instructors grant Knowledge Well a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, market, and deliver the course to learners.
Legal Compliance. Instructors are solely responsible for ensuring their content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trade marks, or privacy rights.
Payments. Instructor payouts follow the revenue-share or subscription model set out in the separate Instructor Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
Currency. All prices are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP £) unless stated otherwise.
Taxes. VAT or other applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with UK law.
Processing. Payments are handled by secure third-party providers; we do not store full card details.
Refunds. Our Refund Policy (available on the Platform) sets out eligibility, time limits and method of refund. Statutory UK consumer rights—including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013—apply.
You agree not to:
Upload, post or transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, infringing or otherwise objectionable.
Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services.
Circumvent our payment systems or engage in fraud or unauthorised commercial activity.
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
Knowledge Well is a Data Controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The Services and courses are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that courses will meet your specific learning goals or lead to employment or professional accreditation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim or (b) £50.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunities.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Knowledge Well, its officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, violate law, or if required for security, maintenance, or legal compliance.
You may close your account at any time. Any outstanding payment obligations survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or on-site notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and, where relevant, Northern Ireland.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are domiciled in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings there.
